How I work with AI
The difference is rarely the model. It is what the model knows about your business before the first question gets asked.
So every mandate starts with a knowledge base: plain markdown files on clients, projects, decisions, and the language people actually use in the house. Before each task the assistant reads the part of it that matters.
In the video I walk through one example, from a link to an article to a finished email draft two minutes later. The principle transfers, and that is the part I build with teams. The structure behind it matters more than any single prompt.
One example, from a link to a draft
A link to an article comes in. The knowledge base knows there was an earlier project with that company, knows the last exchange with the CEO and the language he writes in. Two minutes later the draft is ready.
Three days specifying, one day building
Before any code, a requirements document: what gets built, which edge cases exist, what is left out on purpose. After that, the first working version took a day.
Why a knowledge base needs protecting
Anyone holding it can imitate a writing style and a tone closely. It deserves the same care as an access key.
